Club get togethers are held as bi-weekly featured events. On a weeknight, and a weekend night, alternately. Get togethers are usually preceded (or followed) by a group gathering at a place nearby the event for a specified length of time. Our next get together event is:

Ziryab Reading at Cornelia Street Cafe

Featuring Leb Club's member Sally Farhat, with Nathalie Handal, Frank Rubino, and Tarik Benbrahim on Oud.
Sally, a journalist, will be reading from her writings about her life growing up Lebanese in America.
Ziryab is a monthly reading series (held every 1st Saturday of the Month) for Arab American Writers and Friends for the past 4 years. Ziryab believes in using art as a means of portraying not only our diversity, but our commonality as humans.

	Saturday March 6, 2004 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM The Cornelia Street Cafe Admission: $8 includes 1 free drink. 29 Cornelia Street, between West 4th & Bleecker We meet at the cafe at 6:00 PM sharp so we do not miss the Oud Player! We will go afterward for dinner / dance nearby as a group.
